Workers advanced carbon

Beijing, October 8 (Youth.cn) - On October 8th, 2023, in Rongcheng, Shandong Province, aquaculture workers were steering aquaculture boats through the waters of the Sanggou Bay Marine Ranch for aquaculture management operations, as they welcomed the morning sun.  

This aquaculture zone adopts a comprehensive aquaculture model in the shallow waters with multiple nutrient levels. This model forms a self-sustaining ecological cycle, reducing the overall carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere, creating the nation's first marine carbon-neutral aquaculture economic zone.
